About Jason
With over 35 years of coaching experience, Jason has worked with juniors, ladies, seniors, and professionals, helping them refine their skills and deepen their love for the game. His passion for golf began at just eight years old, and he has dedicated his life to both playing and teaching this magical sport.

Jason’s coaching philosophy is simple: he wants his students to enjoy the game and absorb the wisdom he has gained from decades of competition and instruction. As a junior, he competed at an elite level, developing the essential skills of focus, total concentration, and the ability to stay present – shaking off any “bad” shots and moving forward with confidence.

An accomplished player, Jason has won numerous Pro-Am tournaments and continues to compete with enthusiasm. A major career highlight came in 2022 when he qualified for the Senior Open at Gleneagles, fulfilling a lifelong dream of competing alongside Major winners and Ryder Cup legends such as Bernhard Langer, Pádraig Harrington, Darren Clarke, José María Olazábal, and Miguel Ángel Jiménez.

Beyond golf, Jason has been dedicated to yoga and meditation for over 20 years, using them to stay supple, focused, and mentally strong. He has attended multiple yoga camps, enjoys a good hot yoga session, and starts most mornings on his mat, guided by his “Bend” app.

In 2015, he took his meditation practice to the next level, spending two weeks living in a monastery in Nepal alongside Buddhist monks – an experience that deepened his understanding of mindfulness, patience, and mental resilience.

Jason’s journey in golf, yoga, and meditation continues to evolve, and he remains passionate about helping others unlock their potential, both on and off the course.

About Anji
Anji fell in love with yoga in 1995 when she first discovered it as an antidote to intense gym workouts and a way to quiet her mind after late-night shifts in busy casinos. What began as a personal practice soon became a deep passion, leading her to embark on a two-year teacher training course at Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales in 2005. Since then, she has been dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga, opening her own studio, Om Yoga Works, in 2012.

In 2016, Anji met Jason – and at the time, she had no interest in golf. But Jason, recognising her sharp mathematical skills from her years in the casino world, encouraged her to caddy for him, knowing she’d be great with yardages and calculations. She loved the long walks through beautiful courses, the connection to nature, and the mental challenge of caddying.

For years, Anji caddied at high-level games, convinced that playing golf herself was beyond her ability. That changed when she caddied for Jason in a competition with amateur women golfers – watching them play, she had a realization: Maybe I could do this too.

In early 2024, she asked Jason to teach her. Slowly, step by step, she learned the fundamentals, and much to her surprise, she fell in love with the game.

Now, as both a yoga teacher and a golfer, Anji deeply understands how yoga supports the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the sport. Yoga postures enhance mobility and strength for an effortless swing. Breathwork calms nerves and steadies adrenaline. Bandha practices create stability, and meditation cultivates focus, presence, and resilience – allowing players to enjoy the game, no matter how it unfolds.

Anji’s journey from yoga to golf has been unexpected but deeply rewarding, and she’s passionate about helping others discover how these two practices can beautifully complement each other.
